In year 2000, l went health & raquet to ask for about their facility, after two years l got a call telling me to pay gym account, l was shocked then l asked them to provide with copy of my contract and membership number the dissapeared. in 2006/08/24 they reappeared and l asked for the copy of my contract, copy of my membership card, and the records of usage of the facility as one needed to use card go in & out of the facility, l requested that information using fax. l kept copies of fax and report of sayin theybreceived my fax. l went to their office and l was told the were no records, l must go they will get intouch, since then until today they emailed me threatining to atrach my property to recover the amount they claim l owe. l responded with same answer as last time requesting proof of me being member of the gym. And l got no answer.
