Am realy getting frustrated at how i keep getting calls from Shapiro shaik, who say i have a contract with MTN, i do not have a contract with MTN. And i was advised that i need to forward an affidavit if this is indeeded true which i did, & this was last on the 13 Septemeber2012. I even sent it to Mtnssda to no reply cc a lady i spoke to vuyolwethu (email [Email Removed] who confirmed she got them I decide to then call mtn direct since i needed a new phone (just cause ive been also using mtn on prepaid thought it is cheaper)& they say i cannot get a contact as i have a previous account thats been handed over to their legal department, mind you this was yesterday & i had to make numerous calls again to the legal department where i was told to send a new affidavit again while someone received it last year and i asked for feedback & nothing was provided. I was also sent this sms " FINAL DEMAND ON MTN PAY NOW@FNB DCCM - MTN Acc 62194430882 branch 254005 R11666.88 REF9840918 SSDA TEL 0878250600. THis is really unfair and making my life difficult, i do not havea contract with mtn. What doe one have to do realy, this is frustrating, making my life unbearable.
