Double billing and bad attitude from consulant

Called Cell C this morning quering the double billing on my account and i spoke to a lady named Kea who is a call centre agent she was sooo rude and she gave me attitude..Cell C has billed me double for BIS that was cancelled on 17/07/2013 i have been loading airtime in the past to make use of my BBM so please if they can kindly give me back my money. It is now 15.00 in afternoon and no one has given me feedback with regards to this matter... i am sooo ANGRY its not funny at all...
