ON Thursday evening 1 August 2013 I bought and paid for a new package from CELLC through UNISA. This included a 3GB Data package per month. The Terms and Conditions stated that the data will be loaded within 2 Days. Not working days, not 24 - 48 hrs, but 2 days. ON SUnday. I received a confirmation call from CELLC on Friday 2 August. ON Sunday 4 August my sim still has not been loaded with the Data and I called to log a complaint. I explicitly told them to contact me on my alternative number as the number I called from is my data number and in my modem.
On Monday evening 5 August I called them again, and I was told it should be loaded by end of Tuesday 6 August 2013. I am still waiting for the call back from CELLC from the complaint I lodged on Sunday. On Tuesday evening I called again, and still a mistery, they will get the team leader to call me back! I still have no data.
The purpose for the DATA is to Study online for assignments through UNISA, I have been unable to do so! Can someone please give me the details of the Telecommunications Ombudsman?
