On the month end Feb an amount of R399 ran off on my FNB account. I called FNB & they informed me that it was for a company called PS&S. I called and spoke to a Petrus Grobler who said PS&S were the company who runs debit orders and in this case they ran it for a company called Coast2Coast Int. Petrus informed me that they don't use signed mandates but instead use recorded calls where the customer confirms the debit order. Find this odd as I NEVER AGREED TO ANYTHING!! He said they would receive the recirdings from the company within a week, which is also strange because how can you just run the debit orders without first going through the calls to confirm that a customer accepts the debit order in the first place?! I was given 2 numbers for Coast2Coast, 0318374162 (which doesn't work) and 0843579777 (just rings). This company sells holiday vouchers-I did not agree to anything!!! You people need to review your policies on how you run debit orders because this is PATHETIC. You cannot just go into my account and debit what amount you want WITHOUT my permission. Tried calling Petrus back but now I get the machine saying they're closed which is ridiculous as I spoke to Petus
