Unauthorised Debit Orders

I was on Bonitas Medical Aid through my previous company. I put in my 30 days notice with the medical aid on 30th April 2013. I have since not been on medical aid but Bonitas has debited me incorrectly for 2 consecutive months now, which are debits I did not authorise. I have had to put stop orders on my account, but the debits still go through and my bank has informed me that they are not able to refund my money to me until Bonitas refunds them. These are unauthorised debit orders, which has now left me in financial turmoil. I need my query resolved as a matter of urgency, in order to allow me to access my funds, which was initially not meant to be debited from my account. I did not provide Bonitas with my banking details, where did you receive it from and who gave authority to debit my account.
