We sent a cancellation email to Telkom on 18 July 2013 to cancel all 3 our business lines (after struggling to do so telephonic-ally via the call centre). On 29 Aug 2013 we received yet another bill & phoned the call centre to find out why the cancellation was not done. The consultant confirmed that the email was received on 18 July but that the cancellation was not done yet. We stayed on the line for over an hour and a half and no consultant answered to assist. We then re-sent the email but to no avail. Absolute pathetic
