With Cell C - you get absolutely no service! I have 80 sms available - but no sms's go through. I cannot get hold of "customer care" because it puts the phone down after it says that they are experiencing high volumns of calls. Now I will have to take time out of work to go to the branch, so they can "fix it".
Mmm, two years ago, when the same thing happend, I paid R80 for a sim swap... that didn't work... I then spent hours on the phone to try and sort it out. Firstly, the then Tell Trevor service thing called me back two weeks after I had sorted out the problem. Secondly, the head office secretary call lady put me through to non-existent people twice, during the third call I lost my temper and she put down the phone. Thirdly, when I finally managed to get through to someone it took all of 5 minutes to sort the problem out. After maybe a week of trying to fix it.
I just don't have the patience for service. I will go without food for the next month... But I will buy out of my contract.
DO NOT EVER GO WITH CELL C! Because it will make you another complaining individual... Love yourself more not to put yourself through this!
