NO INTERNET CONNECTION SINCE 29/08/2013

Good day CELLC,

I have been without internet connection since 29/08/2013 when my BIS expired and my R57 was deducted for the BIS on the 29/08/2013 before I got a sms after the R57.00 was deducted "your blackberry BIS prepaid recurring deduction failed, we will deactivate the subscription, you need to subscribe manually after you recharge"! Today its day 4 that I'm without internet connection. I will not be compensated for the 4days and could not activate my BIS manually because the R57.00 was deducted! Can CELLC please sort our this problem ASAP!!!
