All cellc modems (licence's expired on 31.05.2013) no warning from cell c today i tried to get their technicians to update my NOKIA CS19 modem (WHICH I PURCHASED JUST 3 MONTHS AGO) so that i can start getting internet connection again - NO ONE at their branch in ballito or at their head office could help me - this problem is nation wide yet their tech dept's cannot help -- i work from my office on internet this cost me 5 DAYS OF BUSINESS - are they going to pay me my loss on income? NO WAYS - it cost me over R200 of phone calls from my vodacom cell phone to their help centre AND STILL NO ONE COULD HELP ME. i think this is pathetic service from cell c to the SOUTH AFRICAN PUBLIC
