A while ago I complained about poor internet speed and no connectivity.
A few days later they contacted me and told me they are doing upgrades, this is why. I supplied them with all the information they required.
This I accepted because there can be no growth without sacrifice.
It has been nearly 2 months later now, and I still struggle with internet drops.
This is especially great when I use my phone to navigate to new areas on a weekly base. I end up being late for meetings, and this is unacceptable. Today, I think I have had internet connection for maybe 30min in total.
This is ridiculous. I have restarted my phone several times, I have reset my connection, I have switched connection modes, several times. Nothing helps.
I am now at a point where I want to pull my hair out of my head.
What good is "cheaper" data when IT CAN'T BE USED.
I have now had enough. I received a voice message a month ago asking if I would recommend CellC to friends. I did not reply because at the time I wasn't to sure.
I will not support CellC anymore because I have had enough of this - I will rather pay double and KNOW I have connectivity when I need it - I am switching, no question.
