Today is 2 September. I called Vodacom on 27 August and informed them that the 3G service in my area is continuously dropping the connection. Fault no was SMSed: S3-TY32P-PDK3R. And then a day later a lady called and wanted further information and I supplied it. It is 2 September today - and true to form - nothing has been done about my complaint and not a single soul has come forward. Friends - if you problem with Vodacom is a network problem and it is forward to Gauteng North Networks then this is how it gets done. All my past complaints about Vodacom go back to Gauteng North Networks. Are they not ashamed of themselves???
