Cellc is a JOKE!!!

For a few months now I have terrible network. Bbm's doesn't deliver, can't go onto the internet.

In the afternoon around 4pm - no bbms deliver, they just fail. (Having full 3G)
In the evening around 6pm - I can't go onto the internet for the whole evening. (Having full 3G)
What's the use of having a BlackBerry if you have such service??

A few months ago I phoned a Cellc branch; the guy said it is a problem Cellc has at the moment. So I let it go, and now still the same story.

This is pathetic! Switching from Vodacom to Cellc... BIG MISTAKE! They are the WORST!

This new fair usage policy is a JOKE!

When you load airtime, you get FREE data. After a few days it expires.
Meaning the free data should be deducted first. In my case, they deducted from my 2GB and not the free data.
Today my free data expired! How do you explain that??

The whole point of getting a BlackBerry is the UNLIMITED FREE INTERNET! That how they got all the new clients.
The way you'll be loosing clients.. LIMITED FREE INTERNET!!!

Wake up! Before you open your eyes, you won't have any more customers left!
