Same fault over and ove

I sent my phone Blackberry 9810 for repair on 28 August 2013, AGAIN because the (1) touch function was freezing and non responsive, (2) network problems which showed "S.O.S" until I take out the battery and put it back again and (3) Mike/mouth piece which resulted with people not hearing me until I hung up and called again. I have send my phone for the same problems three times already within a space of 12 months and at one time I was left without a phone for the whole month. All these are a great deal of inconveniences and the phone is still freezing. It is as if they just keep it and send it back. Meanwhile I have to continue paying the contract with the phone in for repair half the time. I'm even hesitant to take back the phone because what is the point??
