Setting the benchmark

I have had problems with my 3G modem for a while and phoned Vodacom support for assistance. Ralph answered and from the word go, I was amazed by his professionalism and efficiency. He knew exactly what to do. He spent a long time listening to me explaining the issue and worked very patiently with me through a number of options. When this did not work, he e-mailed me a link for a software update, and phoned twice to follow up on progress. When I mailed him with some feedback, he immediately responded and also said that he will phone me again on Wednesday to check that the problem is now completely resolved.

What a pleasure to have been assisted by someone so competent and professional! He really set the bench mark for Vodacom support.

Please convey my sincerest thanks and appreciation to him for service that exceeded all my expectations!
