Service down the drain

This is unacceptable.

i need to get another contract and simply don't have the time during the week to goto a vodacom shop. the mall@carnival mall has 2 vodacom shops. the one shop is manned by 3 people and a queue of clients going across the walkway!
the other shop has ONE poor soul running the whole shop!
there's 3 clients in front of me, exluding guy sitting at the client desk. 5 more people have joined the queue by the time I started typing this report.

the service lady don't have a supervisor and don't know who to call to come and help. seriously, please don't expect to grow your business at this rate. both MTN, Autopage and Nashua was fully staffed when I walked past them. guess I'll take my contracts to MTN next year.
