To the Public,
Please take note of the below when you want to take out a contract with Cell C.
lately they have being charging me for normal cell phone calls made namely 011 and 082, I was previously informed that Cell C do charge for calls made to 086, but 011 and 082, I wonder with all the excuses they made so far if it was the right decision switching to them, and thus when one have free minutes available. When one queries it the call centre agent you get either can't explain what's going on, or who has a pathetic attitude when speaking to you.
Consider twice before thinking of Cell C, I am nearly 3 months in the contract and I am already regretting switching to them.
I think it's time I get the consumer act involve.
