I went to go buy airtime from my normal garage a R60 voucher a R15 voucher and R5 voucher to buy my monthly data. I go through the normal process of buying my data then all of a sudden it says I do not have enough airtime to purchase it. Where the 300 mb of data is R79. I phone the customer service the first lady says to me there is nothing she can do because it will show on her system in 2 hours I phone back in 2 hours and the next lady says to me I purchased a 1 day uncapped data thing, when I did not, she then continued to say that she cannot reverse it and I began to get furious. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and she refused, she then hung up on me or put it on mute. I do not know how MTN can treat their customers like that and I have had many issues. A lot of my friends have had issues as well.
