In October 2012 I purchased and loaded a 3GB data bundle, valid for 1 year on my laptop. On 21 May I was unable to access the internet and got a message saying as my AIRTIME was finished, I could not access my DATA. My pc indicated that I had only used 1.5GB. I was in the middle of an important job so I purchased and loaded a R10 airtime voucher thinking I would take it up with them later. The next day I had the same message, despite not using any airtime. I took my pc to the Randburg branch of CellC, whose way of dealing with the problem was to phone their call centre and hand me the phone. The call centre said they could not trace the data voucher which was loaded in October but would investigate and get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. The next day having heard nothing I took the original 3GB voucher to the Sandton branch. They logged the details and promised someone would phone me. It is now 13 June and NO-ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I have been back to Sandton but they say there is nothing they can do, I have to wait for the call centre to get back to me. To give him his due, the manager at Sandton did load a 50MB voucher onto my pc but I have still not heard from anyone.
