Cell C
Automated Cell-C calls at 22h47!!

Rceived an automated Cell-C call at 22h47 to tell me about a new pre-paid older than a week. This is not on!

Please refer to Sect 12 of the CPA of 2009. The hours were determined to be
"Prohibited times include Sundays or public holidays, Saturdays before 09h00 and after 13h00, and all other days between the hours of 20h00 and 08h00 the following day"

To avoid any further Cell-C confusion and administrative errors, please remove my number from any form of marketing etc

I left Vodacom after their rouge marketing was not addressed by ICASA and it would have taken the Public Protector to wake ICASA up to look at issues and protect me from them.

I really thought Cell-C was better?
