I purchase a phone with FNB. The phone i find out later is registered to Cell C. Not even 6 months later i have issues with the phone. Afer 2 weeks after leaving my phone with Cell C i get an sms with a quote to accept or decline, bairing in mind my phone is under warrenty. In the sms they send they dont give a direct contact only the 084140 number, with no time period in which you can call. Then the operators cant understand a word you saying. I would like my phone reparied or replaced! FNB & Cell C please sort out this mess!
