UNABLE TO GIVE FEEDBACK

I HAVE 5 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C, I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE NUMEROUS TIMES TO MIGRATE 2 OF MY PACKAGED TO A TOP UP 50 AND THE CONSULTANTS ALWAYS TELL ME I WILL GET FEEDBACK WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK AND SPEAK TO 10 DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS.I ALSO REQUESTED TO HAVE ALL OF MY PAYMENTS MADE CASH AND THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE AND THIS NOW HAS RESULTED TO ME BEING CHARGED A FEE FOR THE DEBIT ORDER NOT GOING THROUGH. I AM TOTALLY UPSET BY THE SERVICE BEING RENDERED BY CELL C, I HAVE TAKEN OUT MY FIRST CONTRACT IN FEBRUARY THIS YEAR AND HAD PROBLEMS EVER SINCE, I ALSO VISITED THE BRANCH IN THE BLUFF AND WAS TOLD ALL OF MY PAYMENT METHODS HAVE BEEN CHANGED SO I AM REALLY CONFUSED AS TO WHETHER THE CONSULTANTS KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND IF THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN PROPER TRAINING BECAUSE I HAVE TO NOW PAY A RETURNED DEBIT ORDER FEE BECAUSE THE CONSULTANTS CANT DO THEIR JOBS. I ALSO VISITED THE CHATSWORTH BRANCH AND WAS TOLD THAT MY REQUESTS TO MIGRATE MY PACKAGES CAN ONLY BE DONE WITH CUSTOMER CARE SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING STORES ALL OVER THE PLACE WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE US THE SERVICE!
