I would firstly like to state that I have never seen such poor service from anyone before
I was contacted months ago regarding a deal for a cellphone and contract to which I was interested and went through the steps with the salesman but made sure that there was a 7day cancellation with NO CHARGE clause. The next day I contacted the sales man and declined the deal because I wanted to first see what other deals you could offer. This was agreed!!
1 week later a phone is delivered to my work, I then contacted CellC on numerous occasions to cancel and collect the device!!
This was done and a sales lady confirmed that they will contact me at a later stage to discuss a higher deal, NOBODY replied.
NOW I receive a bill for R859.07 to be debited off my account on the 31st of august for a cancelation fee when I clearly and have proof of contact CANCELLED the contract within 7 days
