BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DION WIRED GATEWAY

My experience with Dion wired and cell c was really unpleasant I have taken out a cell c contract and had network problems I then went to the store and cancelled my contract within the 7 day period I received an email stating that my contract was cancelled the same day but not knowing that my contract was not cancelled my account was being debited by cell c from august right up until October I have then contacted the store manager by the name of Denver on the 29th October with regards to my problem and he said he would look into the matter and will sort it out. Within the same week the cell c consultant based at Dion wired contacted me saying that he was going to take it up with cell c with regards to the cancellation, 3 weeks later my girlfriend had contacted Dion wired and asked to speak to the store manager, she was then transferred to a guy by the name of Bradley who's just a sales consultant but acted like the store manager at the time, she had explained the problem to him. Darius had contacted me later on that day letting me know the contract cannot be cancelled I feel the staff and management are very unprofessional in the way they deal with their customers.
