I have a contract with vodacom which include a data bundle. They have the audacity to let my new data bundle be used first then start on my older bundle, which is due to expire. THIS IS, They tell me at the call centre it is their business procedure, rules and regulations. I PAY FOR A SERVICES AND THEY LET IT EXPIRE AS THEY WANT??? If you buy a carton of milk, will you finish the first one before you start on the next? OR WILL YOU OPEN THE NEXT ONE BEFORE THE FIRST ONE IS DONE??? or MAYBE the supermarket will come back to me and say the month is finished, we are taking back your unused milk!!! VODACOM IS CRIMINAL!!! this is against my and anybody else's consumer rights!!! THEY ARE FROM ME!!! This is totally unacceptable. The consumer council need to look into these business practices. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS WILL PASS A RULE LIKE THAT, UNLESS THEY WANT TO ROB THEIR CLIENTS BLIND???
