Imagine you're a small business owner, using the internet (primarily Skype and e-mail) to communicate with overseas clients. Now imagine the internet you rely on for your livelihood goes out and a week later not only is the problem still not fixed, you can't even get anyone on the help line to tell you what the problem is. Welcome to my life.
So yeah, it's been almost exactly a week since the internet's been out here. I guess myself and the people who live in this area just aren't important enough for Telkom to do anything about it. The really awesome thing is I'm writing this from an internet cafe and I won't even be able to check for replies!
