Horrible service

I purchased a TV deal on 8 August 2013 at mtn but my purchase was only processed on 23 August 2013 with their supplier after I called in myself. When i called their supplier i was informed that they were out of stock and had to wait for new stock to come in as my order had not been processed prior to my call. today when i called the supplier i was informed that the TV has already been sent out for deliver but no one informed me therefore the delivery man did not find anyone at my premises and left and will have to make the delivery on another day. why is there being a delivery and I am not informed about it? How will i ever get the TV as apparently drivers are not allowed to call and inform people that they are coming to make a delivery? This is totally unacceptable.
