I purchased a coffee table on 25/09/2013 from bradlows. I was promised delivery by the coming weekend. On Sunday 28/09/2013 I got a call from the delivery guys indicating that they would like to deliver that day. I explained to them I was not in Johannesburg and would prefer the delivery to be made the coming weekend. They agreed to such. On 05/09/2013 I call Thusi to enquire when delivery will be made and he says he has been trying to call me to no avail to tell me that they no longer had stock. He says my phone number was not going through hence I was not informed. He indicates there is no stock but is willing to give me the coffee table on the floor. What where the delivery guys going to deliver to me when there was no stock and how come Thusi could not get through to me when the delivery guys could. I then call back and ask for the manager Ayanda who indicates that he has been telling Thusi to call be indicating there is no stock and promised to deliver that day 05/10/2013 but the table on the floor. It is 16:41right now and I still don't have my coffee table. Please assist
