Account debited but no service provided

Hi... I have been without the internet for the past two days, I got a message saying my account has been disturbed. I did not have the time to go to the branch to query that. This morning I made a sacrifice and went to the branch and I was told to go the bank to get a statement, then fax because the payment is not reflecting on their side. Im a sooo annoyed because my account was debited on the 24th. Going there was basically a waste of my time. I told them the reference from the sms I received when they debited, they confirmed it is Telkom but still want a statement. I am beyond mad right now. The reason why I took the internet contract in the first place was for convenience and now Im highly inconvenienced.
