I have been trying to cancel a telephone line since the 1st of July 2013. I was advised by the call centre to send an email to [Email Removed] - i did this 3 times already with no reaction. This morning i was holding on to the 10217 for 30 minutes. transferred from one department to another. We received an account for this line yet again this month. I need someone to contact me asap. I have enough evidence to prove that i have been trying to cancel this line and will no longer take responsibility on paying this account if someone does not contact me. Its a waiste of time to phone the call centre.
