An ongoing problem

About 2 months ago I ported my Vodacom number to Cell C. About 1 month later I discovered that certain people could not get through to me. I phoned Cell C who identified the problem and said it would be resolved within about 2 hours. I received an sms with reference number 3082302479 acknowledging the problem. A week later I phoned Cell C again as the problem had not been resolved. They identified the same issue and said it would be resolved shortly. I received another sms with reference number 3082700600. This was around last week Thursday. The problem has still not been resolved.
