I have not received any communication from the network coverage team yet!!! This matter has been escalated to the network management team for urgent attention 4 weeks ago!!! Your service is patheitic!! I want to cancel my private mtn contract on regards of the poor service and signal. Who do I contact with regards to this? Or can I just go to an MTN service centre and cancel it? I will be using this references as my reasons!
