Okay, so this is my 3rd report to MTN!!! It has been escalated twice for urgent attention but nothing has come from this!!! No one has phoned me to find a solution to my problem! Be sure that I will not renew my personal contract beginning next year. I am just wasting my time with this. Your service is a joke!!
