Mtn. High price on Sim swap. Violates t&c

Mtn now has LTE. I went into the store and was told I must pay R130.00 inc vat! To make use of LTE.
why was I not given this sim when I took out my 3 contracts? My S3 is 4G and so is my Note N8020.
They both have only 64k sims. Not 128 needed by LTE devices.
Now explain to me why a sim swap on contact for Telkom 8ta is R30. Vodacom R60. And virgin R20.
Please dont tell me admin, because it takes 4 brain cells to do.
Now I am being pushed into paying R130 to make use of the service already stated in my contact.
This is a breach of the SLA in my contact, mtn sort your stuff out, I will not pay that.
I will be taking this issue foward.
