Useless but quick to bill

To cut the longest story ever short, I recently upgraded my contract recently and I have been wrongly billed, purchased megabytes never got them and was told I was allocated with partial but billed a full amount for reasons kbowk only to them. I have spent 100 of rands trying to get everthing fixed but at the end of the day im left with a fat bill to pay for services that were never rendered nor delivered to me.
