I called the call centre on 28/08/2013 14:29 to enquire why money was still being deducted from my account as it expired in March. i Spoke to Mbali who told me that i would not get the money refunded back to me. i then asked her to call her manager, she was very reluctant and said her manager will tell me the same way. I insisted that she call the manager. She eventually put me on hold for a while. afterwards she came back to tell me that her manager wasnt available and was the only one in the dept. i then had to insist again to speak to a manager. eventually Melody Sheekge came to the phone and told me that i will not get my money back. Melody never attempted to assist or pretend to. i would like my money refunded.
is it how Vodacom treats its clients?
