I recently applied for a Cell C contract online and was told that the phone which is an S4 will be delivered within 7 working days. The 7 day period has been exceeded and I am still waiting and while trying to follow up on this matter I called the Cell C call center and was on hold for about 7 minutes and yet I did not get any assistance.
I'm disappointed in the bad customer service Cell C.You guys have continuously failed to answer my emails and calls!!!
