Cell C
International dialing

I have just spent 85 minutes with two operators at the Cell C 140.

I want to activate International dialing.

First I spent 65 minutes with a "trained" operator who kept me waiting for minutes on end.

He solemnly promised me I can make international calls.

Obviously he isn't as trained as his untrained bosses thought he was.

Similar experience with the second operator.

The next time I have a good experience with Cell C will be the first time.

Still can't make intnl calls.
