I am trying to sort out the documentation that is needed to receive a parcel sent from my son in New Zealand. One week later and numerous phone calls and still no parcel. Just spent the last 12 minutes holding on the phone to speak to a manager only to be told by the switchboard operator that its not her problem if the managers don't answer the phone.
So now lets see how quickly they sort this out seen as I have reported them to the consumer counsel and now her on this site.
I want heads to roll for SUPER POOR SERVICE I WILL NEVER EVER USE DHL AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYBODY I KNOW HEARS ABOUT THIS
