I consider FNB's various advertisements, imploring impecable service, to say the least, as a misrepresentation!
I have been phoning their Insurance call centre since yesterday morning. After holding the line for exceptional long periods to be assisted, time and again, I am transferred to another operator! these calls last for about 30 minutes whereafter I am cut off.
I have made 6 of these calls and every time it ends the same way.
In addition to the long waiting periods and being transferred from one operator to another, I am shocked by the fact that the operators are not informed and trained to be of any assistance. No operator in the claims depertment were able to tell me whether an electric gate motor is included in my household insurance.
I'm not sure what I am paying for since it is definately not for service.
