Very Poor Service Rendered By Neotel

Very poor service rendered by neotel! This is a follow up to an unresolved issue going on for 4 months now. I was given a call by neotel agent "mupule" to advice me that I am due an upgrade. They are covering me a 10 gig data buddle over & above what I was currently getting for the same value as my current premium it looked very positive so I agreed and told her I would like to see this in writing & would go to a nearest outlet where she could fax me over the new contract&I would sign it at the store. When I got there I phoned the direct line number the agent gave me & asked her to send the documents there was a sudden change she told me that the offer was no longer available UPSET & fell CHEATED I took it further the matter was escalated to a Nick (Manager) who called me and said I would be given what I was promised after they pull out that call this was done and a modidi called me saying that I will be given the mentioned package. Its been 4 months now and nothing has been done, i have been taken of the network and my bank account is still being debited. I am far to frustrated to speak to people who talk in circles and offer no real help! I want my money back.! Thanks in advance!
