POOR SERVICE

In Octover 2012, I received a call from Vodacom offering me a Mobile Wi-Fi unit for R199.00 / month. I accepted as the reception in our office is very poor and I thought this might help.
It was delivered in November and it would not work at all in our office. I immediately contacted Vodacom to return it on the 7 day return basis and I was told it would be collected. Nothing happened for two weeks and I phoned again and was put through to collections and there was no reply to the call.

I then place to messages on VODACOMs Contact us e-mail and to date I have had no response.

The VODACOM call centre is a total waste of time. I must have spent about 20min on my first call.

I am having the R199.00 taken from my account and I am not happy as I do not need the service
