On the 7 aug I applied for a cell c contract. Kabelo assisted me and told me I got approved. After taking my banking details and reading a confirmation scripting on accepting the contract. Only to find out after 5working days of not seeing the contract not being delivered. I called the same call centre and I was told I be getting no phone. Cause I was declined. I've the after tried to contact the agent and no feed back or clearity on the matter has been given to me until today. Last week thursday a call centre supervisor (Myter) promised me that I'll be g
getting feed back on the voice recording and I'm still waiting again! And I am Still Waiting for the Contract Promised! Is this the kind of service we should receive from your call centre? No company has a right to. Raise a clients expectations with or with out right of admission reserved. I expect you cell-c to deliver or I'm taking this further. Hello Peter is my 1st action.
