Terrible experience from the start till now

With great reluctance, joined Cell C late July 2013. Since then I have limited coverage, dropped calls, unable to make calls due to calls failing. That is only part of the issue. I discovered (21/08) that the contract I signed for (1gb of data) was not being honoured. Due to a mistake on Cell C's side, the incorrect promotion was loaded on the contract (300mb of data), I logged a complaint. No resolution. Been calling most days since then. Nothing - excuses about system errors not allowing them to remove the incorrect promotion, etc, empty promises to call me back. Someone did try to call me, but with no luck due to poor coverage from Cell C (ironic). I've since demanded my contract be cancelled (27/08). Waiting for someone to get back to me. I am not interested in being affilliated with a dishonest company that can't even a) provide the basic service they are required to do - keep me in connected via voice/data and b) that can't honour a contract. The kicker is that my line is now suspended because my data limit has been reached (no outgoing calls allowed). My sister has the same contract, incorrect promotion loaded as well! - a bit fishy. Wonder who else Cell C is from?
