Cell Phone Contract: Vodacom

I took out a contract on the 30th Jan 2014 at Game in Woodlands in Pretoria. The salesman advice us to take the iphone instead of the Blackberry or Samsung. I knew the Blackberry but he said the iphone is much better. The phone was activated on the 1st Febr 2014. After i start using it on the 1st i realized that this is not what i expected and is very complicated. I contact the manager on the 2nd Febr 2014 and request his assistance for changing this phone to the Blackberry or Samsung or reverse the contract. He refused and was arrogant and told me that if the contract is signed by me its my problem, other wise i must pay the full 24 months payments immediately before he can help, I refer him to the consumers act that i have certain rights with in 7 day`s of purchase to change/cancel/ refers the product or contract.
I discuss this situation with Vodacom customer care and another Game store which told me that i have the right to change the phone or revers the contract with in the cooling period of 7 days but i must do it at the store where i signed the contract. The manager (Gerhard) refused to assist me and said it is my problem he will not change or replace anything, PLS HELP
