After a delay Iburst got back to me and asked me to have their Linksys Router tested, and upon enquiry I find that it was going to cost me R350, which incidentally is the price of a brand new Router from the service provider Iburst referred me to.
The only reason that I can't change service providers right now is that Iburst is holding me liable for the amount of R860 (which is the penalty for leaving them).
I am so sick of their incompetence.
