Credit status for Samsung S4

I came to the Sandton Cell C branch to take out a contract for the Galaxy S4 on Sat 27/04/2013 (the Launch of the phone) and waited 4hours for your consultants to get back to me.
I also had to follow up numerous times on Sunday.
I would just like to know the status of my credit situation.
I do not have any credit history so my rating is low.
I am a however a recently qualified CA and I have provided my latest bank statements and payslips.
I have given all other documentation possible.
Just want to know what the process is from here and if I need to open a random account and pay it off to improve my rating or if the process will be sorted out by Cell C as they kept saying i did not need to worry and the situation would be handled internally.
Please let me know the best alternative and please get back to me, I have emailed Sandton on 29/04, still no reply!
I would appreciate a reply, rather than me having to call you all the time.
I dealt with with many consultants, including rosebank manager who was at the Sandton launch.
I was not given a booking reference either to identify the status of my contract application.
Terrible Service and a waste of my time!
