It looks like customers cannot complain enough about this connectivity problems. But being told that the network cannot handle the load is just unacceptable. How do you pay for something and be told that they cannot actually provide the service that you paid for. And the recorded response that comes from them here on hello peter is disappointing too. Cos these consultants they escalate issues to don't really resolve anything :(
