Good day, my cell phone account is an average amount of R300 odd per month. End of November an amount of R604.03 (of which R286 was for gprs) was on my statement, when I had a query about this, the lady explained that it was for data used, I explained to her that my free data was depleted and I had NO EXCESS, but she still insisted that I am liable for that as it was used (I am still not sure HOW ON EARTH), BUT COULD NOT differ with them as I do not understand all their explanations.
After this I made sure that I did not use all my free data again. On the December statement there is AGAIN AN AMOUNT OF R442.82 for Gprs - this is getting more ridiculous every month!
I am not prepared to pay this as I still had free data left (I made sure about this because of the issue the previous month).
If they don't sort this out I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect.
