Staff in need of training / website incorrect

After receiving account for MTN AnyTime 500 contract we phoned 808 to inquire about the "Bill Limits Facility" as we want to limit our account. We were told that MTN does not have this facility.
1. Clearly states on MTN SP website: "The Bill Limit facility allows you, as a contract customer, to manage and track the expenditure on your cellphone account. A "Bill Limit" is the threshold limit that you set for your unbilled calls, unbilled charges, outstanding balance, or a combination of all three."
2. Nowhere in "MTN AnyTime 500 T's & C's" is stated that the above facility is not available to this specific contract.
So now I wish to know: "Bill Limit Facility", or not? Is the website info incorrect or omitting important facts, or is the call centre staff just inept, unqualified individuals, ignorant of the services offered by MTN SP? Clearly, if this facility IS available then the staff spoken to is in dire need of training. If this service is NOT available, OR only to some MTN subscribers on some packages which is not mentioned anywhere, then MTN SP should consider hiring a competent person to maintain their website. Either way, we'll be looking at changing our service provider.
